  • Where is Ex-Factor based?

  • What is Ex-Factor’s return and exchange policy?

    No returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please e-mail us if you would like additional item photos.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    It takes between 1-3 days to process the order and 3-5 business days for shipping and delivery. We do not ship on Saturdays, so if you order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day. If you would like expedited shipping, please e-mail us for rates. 

    ** Please note due to COVID, USPS orders have been delayed. **

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    No, domestic only at this time.

  • What are the conditions of the items?

    These are gently worn/used items from my personal closet & home that are in excellent condition. The items are either dry cleaned or washed before shipment. Some items are brand new and never worn/used.

  • Will I receive a tracking number?

    Once your item has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. All items are sent via United States Postal Service.

  • Can I get my order expedited?

    You can pay an extra fee to have your package expedited. Please e-mail us for rates.

  • How do I pay for my order? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order. 

  • What if something is wrong with my order?

    If you have a problem with an order from Ex-Factor, please contact us via email.
